Best pet store in Houston! Staff has always been amazing. We have bought a few puppies from them. They all have been amazing and in perfect health! Highly recommend!

Very helpful whenever we are looking for dog supplies for our Shih Tzu. This place has been here forever and I always love seeing the upgrades they do.

My kids got to hold a ferret, a bunny and some puppies. My kids even got some education about the ferrets on how they sleep a lot and what snacks they enjoy. My son liked this one that he named Sleepy but we didn’t want to wake him lol. Neat store I’d have to say.

Very experienced and knowledgeable staff. They were also very patient with us during the process of us making a decision. I keep coming back bc they have the beat supplies at a great cost!

The employees are always very helpful and knowledgeable. When I couldn’t find my pets favorite treat-they had it. It’s now my go to place for my Corgis’s treats. They also have a nice selection of collars that I’ve also bought for them.

I really prefer going to a smaller independent family-owned pet store. They have 99% of everything I would get at a larger at store like Petco. However they all their customer service is far better. And they really take the time to answer your questions. They have a much more extensive knowledge than an employee might add a larger pet store.

Pet City was amazing! They answered all of our questions (we had a lot ofcourse because being 1st time dog owners) and made the whole process super easy. They have a wide variety of puppies and the financing/payment plans are nice. They work with you and make sure you’re completely ready to be a pet parent. The premade puppy kits is such a great perk and totally worth everything. Would definitely recommend to anyone..

Very nice pet place, staff is very attentive and friendly. We were able to say hi to puppy and hedgehogs- and that was super awesome ?. Just want to adopt them all . Thanks guys for taking care of animals and being sweet to people.
