Panther Chameleon

Panther Chameleons are one of the most colorful chameleon species available today. They are able to turn a wide variety of colors depending on their locale or the area from which their line originated.

Males are often vibrant blue, red, green or orange. Females tend to be tan and brown with hints of pink, peach, or bright orange
Size & Lifespan
Needs a basking spot of 100°F (adult) or 85-90°F (smaller), with an ambient temperature of 75-85°F
Personality
Can be gently handled, but like other chameleons they are best suited to being watched for their fun colors and antics.
Diet
Eats live crickets, wax worms, roaches, and other insects. Only feed wild caught insects if you are sure they are pesticide-free.
Environment
House alone in a screen cage, with non-toxic plants and branches for climbing.
Socializing
Adults are 12-18 inches (male) and 10-14 inches (female). Can live 5-7 years.
