Greek Tortoise
The affable personality of the Greek Tortoise makes them a popular companion. While they don’t enjoy being picked up, they can become quite social with people they know and will often walk right up to say “hi” (especially if treats are expected!)

Eats mainly dark, leafy greens, veggies, and commercial pellets; enjoys fruits as a treat.
Environment
An enclosure that's at least 3 feet by 6 feet with walls around 18 inches tall is adequate, though bigger is always better.
Socializing
Adults can grow up to 10 inches long. Can live 50+ years.
